Q. How Long does Spa Service Take?

The turnaround time varies depending on the chosen treatments. We’re currently working on an estimated 7-14 working days basis for bag spa cleaning service.

In following with other services such as repair, restoration, replacement and etc, Specialist will discuss and informed in detail again the duration period will be taken.


Q.Do you provide pick up service?

Yes, there are two types of pick up services provided. 

(a) Premium Luxury Pick Up Service

(b) Third Party Pick Up Service

Term & Conditions


1. Customer needs to bank in RM100 to below account:

2. If you undertake service, the first RM100 will be removed from your bag service; otherwise, it will be considered gasoline and service expenses.

3. The person in charge will come to your location to assess the situation and will brief you of the suggested services solution for your handbag. The price of the quotation and the service duration period time will be offered. 

4. When the service is confirmed, the customer must pay the whole amount of service before the bag service proceed. 

5. Only available for pick up, the Premium Luxury Pick Up Service does not include delivery return. Self-pickup or delivery charges will be imposed based on the location provided.


Third Party Pick Up Service Available 

. Third Party Courier Company such as Grab, Lalalmove and etc

. Charges followed with location and traffic of day time


Term & Conditions 


1. Bag Pro shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the delivery procedure by a third-party courier.

2. Once Bag Pro Receptionist receive the item, will send to Bag Pro Laboratory Department to let Specialist investigate the condition issue of the bags.

3. Bag Pro Receptionist will be communicating with the customer solutions services on bags.

4. When the service is confirmed, the customer must pay the whole amount of service before the bag service proceed. 

5. Self-pick up or delivery charges will be imposed based on the location provided.


Can I send in for Bag Spa Service from abroad?

Although our HQ is based in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but we do clean and restore handbags for whole Malaysia and international customers too.


If you would like to ship an item into Bag Pro Malaysia, we ask that you make clear on any customs applicable paperwork that the item is coming into the Malaysia for repair & restoration work only and that it will be shipped back to yourself when complete.

Unfortunately, Bag Pro Malaysia cannot be held responsible for any customs paperwork which has been filled out incorrectly and items which are therefore held up in customs. Feel free to contact the team for further advice.


It is also important to include a cover letter with your contact name, number, email and a suitable return address inside the package. If you would like an estimate before sending your item in, you can whatsapp photos across to our customer service department on +6017-5505 080.



General Packing Tips

We recommend that you package your item up securely in a box or full of bubble wrap, which fits your item comfortably.

Use bubble wrap or tissue paper to cover your item and help to ensure minimum movement during transportation.

It is not necessary to include dust covers, may just deliver only the bag which need service to us. 

When sending in, we ask that you clearly write our company name and address on the outside. Which is as follows:
